In fact, its furniture is designed to float in case of high tide. You’ll find books stored inside a bathtub, an old boat, or even a gondola. It’s easy to recognize from the outside thanks to the sign on the door that reads: “Welcome to the most beautiful bookshop in the world.”
The owner, Mr. Luigi, welcomes everyone with a big smile. From inside, you can enjoy a view of the canal from above by climbing a staircase made of stacked books.
